Learn MoreI want to build a business that I don't want to retire from while building careers for my team that impact the community. Money was not my motivator, in the beginning it was just survival, now it's impact.
How do you stay motivated?Through my family but also I am strategic about who I surround myself with. I want people who will push me with the truth not comfort me with a lie. I need authentic relationships. I never saw myself as a business owner so I call myself an accidental entrepreneur, but now I can't imagine anything different. I grew my business from just me as a solo house cleaner to now employing 24 people with a projected run rate of $1.5 million for 2026. I am passionate about helping small business owners.
What would you do with the $25,000?This is hard! I would use it to upgrade our tools and equipment and invest in more coaching and training for my team so we can continue the upward trajectory.
