Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is my late daughter Janae Noel and Building a Legacy in her honor. I believe business should build impact that lasts beyond profit. After experiencing personal loss, I made a decision to build with purpose. My late daughter, Janae Noel, inspires me daily to create opportunities for young girls to see themselves as leaders, owners, and change-makers. Everything I build is rooted in faith, service, and generational impact.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on purpose over pressure. Discipline keeps me consistent, but impact keeps me passionate. As a Founder and Mother, I know that my example matters. I set clear goals, invest in mentorship, and choose growth even when it’s uncomfortable. Motivation fades but vision and responsibility to others keep me steady.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would expand the Janae Noel Legacy Foundation to develop mentorship program, leadership workshops, and life skills initiatives for young girls. I would also invest in scaling Noelhaus Luxe Studio’s impact efforts to support mission-driven entrepreneurs with branding and strategy. This funding would not just grow a business it would multiply opportunity and legacy.
