Staying motivated isn’t about waiting to feel inspired—it’s about consistency. I focus on my bigger goals: building my brand, financial freedom, and long-term success. I set daily non-negotiables, take action even when I don’t feel like it, and track small wins to stay on track. Momentum creates motivation. I protect my energy, stay disciplined, and remind myself that every step forward is building the life and business I truly want.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest part of the $25,000 into growing my real estate business and brand—targeted marketing, high-quality content, and lead generation to attract serious buyers and sellers. I’d also expand internationally to connect investors with Miami opportunities. At the same time, I would donate half to a children’s foundation, because success for me also means giving back and making a positive impact.
