Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Witch House Productions is inspired by the possibility of a more inclusive and intentional film industry. Our work is driven by the belief that production can create both exceptional commercial content and meaningful opportunity. Inspired by underrepresented voices, female-led storytelling, and a kinder way of working, we partner with organizations like OBAC and champion freelance talent to help build a more equitable creative landscape.

How do you stay motivated?

We stay motivated by the power of storytelling and the creatives who bring it to life. Watching bold ideas evolve into meaningful work continues to inspire us, as does staying connected through community, collaboration, and networking. As a female-owned, operated, and led production company, we are especially motivated by listening to and championing voices that deserve greater visibility, opportunity, and support.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, we would invest directly in growth opportunities for women within our company and creative community. A portion would support the development of our female employee, helping expand her skills and leadership capacity, while the remainder would go toward self-funded spec work created by female directors. This investment would strengthen emerging talent, create portfolio-building opportunities, and help bring more female-led creative to market.
