My business is inspired by the struggles and testimonies of women who shaped our future—the hidden fights and quiet resilience rarely seen. It is also an unfolding testament to my journey through womanhood and its physical manifestation in my brand. I believe when a woman is nourished, worlds are built. Every legacy begins with a woman—we all got it from our mama.

How do you stay motivated?

My children motivate me daily, but my deeper drive comes from my personal journey. As an Indo-Caribbean girl born in Brooklyn, I grew up bridging cultures and expectations while navigating challenges that shaped my resilience. Those experiences awakened my passion for uplifting women and creating opportunities where they often lack them. Building my brand is my way of turning those struggles into something powerful—creating space for women to feel seen, supported, and empowered.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25K, I would scale my lash brand through increased inventory, branding, and strategic marketing while developing a mobile technician network that creates flexible income opportunities for women. The lash industry continues to see steady global growth, driven by beauty trends and demand for customized services. Long term, I plan to integrate new technology and launch accredited lash certifications and business readiness programs as the brand grows.
