Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Local business owners inspire me the most. Having the courage and the drive to be able to turn an idea into something that is tangible takes a lot of bravery. My goal is to help assist those small businesses and make sure that they are legally compliant and operating with best practices.

How do you stay motivated?

Honestly, it's not always about motivation. Sometimes it's about getting up when you don't want to, being present and getting the job done regardless. Motivation is fleeting, it's amazing to have when you have it and you can be extremely productive when you're motivated. But with business, it's not always about being motivated, it's being consistent and keeping the passion and drive alive even in the absense of motivation.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Truthfully, with that money, it would all go right back into the business. It would go into upgrading my tools and equipment, allowing me to take on more courses so that I can continue to invest in my education and my skill set. I want to be the best at what I do. I want to earn the trust of local entrepreneurs with my knowledge and skill set. The saying runs true "it takes money to make money".
