Matthew McConaughey. He doesn’t follow the crowd, he builds his own path. His discipline, long term thinking, and willingness to bet on himself align with how I operate. He’s selective, intentional, and focused on the bigger picture over short term wins. That mindset carries into how I approach business, building with purpose, staying consistent, and executing at a high level.

How do you stay motivated?

Motivation is overrated, it’s inconsistent and unreliable. I operate on discipline and execution. I set targets, build systems, and get results regardless of how I feel. Progress creates momentum, and momentum drives everything. I don’t wait to feel ready, I move and the results follow.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest it into completing development of my AI driven construction platform, DiamondCore AI. This software is designed to automate estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and project management for builders and developers. By finishing and deploying it, I can streamline operations across my own companies while creating a scalable tool that improves efficiency and profitability across the construction industry.
