Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My autistic sister’s motor-skill impairment revealed how jewelry design is exclusionary and hard to wear. My career in Web/App UX Design accessibility and empathy in Clinical Psych inspired a business rooted in adaptive inclusive design. Also inspired by Human Design’s teaching on the 2027 New Earth; a global social shift towards spiritual social transformation. My jewelry is for ALL including Conscious Consumers translating this new worldview into scalable accessibility and impact.

How do you stay motivated?

By staying connected to purpose, faith, and personal growth. I believe God has given me a vision for my life and business, and that helps me move through challenges with grace. Over the past five years, I have invested in self-development through meditation, hypnosis, inner child healing, yoga and sound healing, which have helped me build resilience, self-awareness, and a positive mindset. These practices keep me grounded, protect my energy and help me manifest opportunities for my highest good.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Accelerate Radia Jewelry’s launch by funding LLC formation and trademark protection, micro-batch production of adaptive jewelry 10 clip-on ear cuffs & 6 magnetic closure bracelets, Shopify build and AI/eCommerce tools, customer acquisition ad spend/testing and working capital. In 90 Days $25,000 helps validate demand, generate early sales and build a stronger foundation for long-term growth as an adaptive-first, gender-inclusive, ethically designed, spiritually meaningful luxury brand.
