Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My greatest inspiration in business is my daughters and the Lord. They inspired me to create Tender Arm Sleeve, believing there was a more comfortable, versatile way to hold babies. I’m also inspired by entrepreneurs like those on Shark Tank who take action and never give up. I follow through, stay resilient, and give back to my community whenever I can.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by looking at others who have succeeded and reminding myself that I can too. My faith keeps me grounded, and the positive feedback I receive about my product fuels me to keep going. Seeing families use and value my multipurpose blanket, from infants to toddlers, reminds me why I started and pushes me to continue growing and improving.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would reinvest the $25,000 into growing my business through expanded marketing and continued product development. I plan to create new versions designed to support children with PTSD, trauma, and autism, as well as add nursing accessories. I would also give back to the charities I partner with, ensuring the growth of my business continues to make a positive impact.
