Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from purpose-driven women who turn their experiences into impact. As a therapist and founder, I’m inspired by the resilience of the women I serve; especially those navigating burnout, transitions, and invisible burdens. Their courage reminds me to build with integrity, faith, and intention. My work is not just business; it’s a calling to create spaces for healing, growth, and sustainable success.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by staying connected to my purpose. My work is rooted in serving women navigating real-life challenges, and seeing their growth reminds me why I started. I also honor my own capacity by moving at a sustainable pace, rest, reflection, and faith keep me grounded. For me, motivation isn’t constant energy; it’s commitment to showing up, even in small ways, with intention and consistency.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 in expanding access to care by offering a free webinar cohort focused on mental health and life transitions, along with scholarships for underinsured clients to receive therapy or coaching. The remaining funds would support operations, systems, and targeted outreach to reach underserved communities, allowing me to grow impact while maintaining accessible, culturally responsive care.
