My Kw coach Mary Anne inspires me because she teaches discipline, leadership, and consistent action in business. She focuses on building systems, strong habits, and long-term growth instead of shortcuts. Her message about thinking like a CEO, taking ownership, and creating real impact motivates me to improve daily and build a business that serves others while creating lasting success.

I get to stay motivated by the people we help. Through Keller Williams RED Day, we give back to the children's home. I also support job fairs for veterans and work through the Howard County Association of Realtors Legislative Committee to help create more affordable housing. Knowing my work helps families, veterans, and Maryland communities build a better future keeps me focused and driven every day.

If awarded $25,000, I would invest in hosting more educational classes, community workshops, and job fairs to create more opportunities in our community. My goal is to help more people gain skills, find careers, and access housing resources. My mission will always remain the same. To serve others, strengthen our communities, and create pathways for growth.
