Who or what is your inspiration in business?

As a father, I saw how early literacy shapes confidence and long-term direction for children. That experience pushed me to begin building a classroom literacy practice system designed to support students consistently during the school day so more children develop strong foundations early.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the impact education can have on a child’s life. When a student gains confidence in reading or writing, it changes how they see themselves and their future. Knowing that the work we are building could help thousands of children develop stronger literacy skills keeps me focused, disciplined, and committed every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

We would use the $25,000 to launch our first classroom pilot by producing structured literacy practice materials, supporting teacher implementation, and establishing early progress tracking to measure results and prepare for broader rollout.
