Who or what is your inspiration in business?

The inspiration for my business began with a best friend I lost to ovarian cancer, who left behind three amazing boys. Their friendship with my sons made her loss profoundly impactful. It motivated me to prioritize my health, as I was terrified. I pivoted my wellness journey using techniques I learned growing up in our commune and later in Canada while my boys attended hockey academies. This concept transformed from a dream into reality.

How do you stay motivated?

This is soul work. I walk beside my clients, rising with them. Their breakthroughs ignite my fire and is my motivation. The greatest compliment is witnessing transformation and seeing confidence grow, self esteem restored and the glow of renewed purpose in life! That’s a serious glow up to my heart!

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’m not just investing in a business—I’m investing in a mission. This $25,000 would expand my ability to impact lives through connection, healing, and empowerment🤍one heartbeat at a time. I’m building a legacy my children can be proud of, rooted in courage, compassion, and real transformation.
