Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

In a word: Family. In Home Care 4u™ began in 2018 by filling a need for my own father; he struggled with MS and needed care in his own home. By the time he'd passed in 2021, it became something more. In Home Care 4u™ continues to grow today to build a legacy for my children, their children, and their children's children and so on. The vision for where all this is going collectively drives me forward.

How do you stay motivated?

If I were to stop at the wrong moment, things would fall apart. The aim is building something that will become unstoppable. My efforts won't be in vain if I continue forward; that thought keeps me showing up. What we're building goes far beyond me and my own family. We've built a pathway for others to follow, to chase their own success in the home care industry at an unprecedented time. With the aging baby-boomers, there's never been a better time to disrupt the caregiving industry.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000 I would invest in marketing my new app, Ask Liora™. Initially it was designed as a feature I wanted embedded into the custom app I'd designed for our own franchisees to use, Caregiving Solutions™. However, Ask Liora™ is powerful as a stand-alone app and will help many small businesses across any industry to streamline communication and compliance in the US.
