Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I am inspired by founders who build something real from the ground up, especially those who stay close to their roots while scaling globally. In my case, it is also my family. Watching producers create something with generations of knowledge behind it pushes me to build a brand that respects that craft while taking it further.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by responsibility. This is not just about me, it is about my community. I come from a deep and rich Oaxacan community that is directly tied to this work and depends on it to grow. When I succeed, everyone involved succeeds. That pressure keeps me focused. I prioritize execution and let progress build momentum.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use it to scale what is already working. I already have bars and import partners interested in the product, so this would go directly into increasing production, securing packaging, and moving inventory into those relationships. It would also allow me to enter competitions, expand sampling, and strengthen distribution. With the foundation already in place, I am confident I can turn that $25,000 into something much larger and build this into a global brand.
