Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My grandfather helped shift my mindset from employee to employer. He taught me that business isn’t just about profit—it’s about people. He always said, “It’s not about how much money you make, it’s about how many lives you provide for.” That perspective continues to shape how I build my business and lead others.

How do you stay motivated?

“See a need, fill a need.” Motivation fades, but discipline creates results. I believe leadership means showing up, doing the hard things, and staying consistent even when it’s uncomfortable. I strive to build a life and business defined by discipline so the people who trust me—my team, clients, and community—are never let down.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into growing my pet care company so we can serve more families and create meaningful jobs for animal lovers in our community. It would help us expand our team, improve training, and build systems that allow us to care for more pets with excellence. My goal isn’t just growth—it’s building a business that blesses our community and sets a standard for trustworthy pet care.
