Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business occurred after I lost a patient to an overdose because she did not have reliable transportation to her Dr. Office for medications. She was 23 years old and her life is gone because of the systematic failures in healthcare. This was 2019 and I said “We (healthcare) have to do better”. My husband and business partner has been in the RV industry for over 10 years. He said “you should put a clinic in an RV and drive it around”. So I did!

How do you stay motivated?

My motivation comes from my patients who say to me and my staff every day that the Recovery Mobile Clinic has helped to save their lives. My motivation comes from other healthcare providers who come to me for advice on how to make their mobile mission successful. My motivation comes from my team who are making a difference every day and saving lives! But mostly, My motivation comes from my family who continues to support my dream every step of the way!

What would you do with the $25,000?

The $25,000 winnings will be applied to developing myself as a leader and allowing for travel costs and costs to attend conferences to market our idea, network with other entrepreneurial minds and grow the mission faster and stronger!
