Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

While leaders like Larry Page, Sergey Brin, Steve Jobs, and John Maxwell inspire my north star, my number one inspiration is my family. Kiddopolis is built entirely on the foundation of my children. Witnessing firsthand how a growth mindset built their character and transformed their potential inspired me to share this with other kids too. My ultimate purpose is to provide this same foundation, with the hope of building more resilient, confident, and empathetic leaders of our future.

How do you stay motivated?

Putting the spotlight on kids keeps me going. Listening to their ideas as they discover and find gaps in their communities deeply motivates me. Seeing successful kids gives me immense strength. If at their age they are trying so hard to make a meaningful impact, I become even more motivated to give them the platform, guidance, and mentorship they need to keep pushing forward. Empowering their vision is the greatest driving force that I look forward to every time I wake up in the morning.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 as a scholarship grant that will support 15 kids aged 7 to 12 years old from low income neighborhoods in Canada's Durham Region. This funding will give them a full year's tuition and hands-on mentorship in entrepreneurship and financial literacy. Most importantly, the grant will empower Kiddopolis to plant the seeds of a growth mindset at an early age. By equipping kids with these tools, we can fundamentally change their outlook on life and support their future success.
