My parents. They came to this country and built everything from nothing; no connections, no safety net, just relentless work ethic. They showed me showed how bold vision paired with execution can reshape reality. That mindset drives me to help brands turn ideas into scalable systems that generate measurable growth and long-term value.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on impact and progress. Every client result, solved problem, or system built reinforces why I started. I also stay disciplined with clear goals, daily execution, and continuous learning. Entrepreneurship is a long game, and the drive to build something meaningful keeps me pushing forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d put every dollar into accelerating Cendi Marketing’s growth. Specifically: $10K into hiring a part-time ad buyer and landing page builder so I can take on more clients without sacrificing quality. $8K into a targeted outreach system, better prospecting tools, a commissioned appointment setter, and a small retargeting ad budget to warm up leads. $5K into building proven campaign templates and SOPs so delivery stays consistent as we scale. $2K held as a cash buffer.
