I’m inspired by people who actually build real businesses, not just talk about it. Especially those who can control supply, work through messy systems, and turn problems into profit. I respect execution, speed, and people who scale under pressure—basically operators who know how to make things work in the real world.
How do you stay motivated?I stay motivated by focusing on results and staying disciplined. My Catholic faith keeps me grounded and gives me purpose in what I’m building. I don’t rely on motivation, I rely on responsibility. If I don’t follow through, I see it as disrespecting the people who work with me and especially the people who work for me.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I received the $25,000 reward, I would give 100% of it to my staff as bonuses. They’re the ones executing every day and making the business run, so I see it as only fair that they benefit directly from it.
