Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from responsibility, legacy, and purpose. As a caregiver, I’ve learned to build with intention, creating systems that support real people. My family’s entrepreneurial and creative legacy drives me, while my life experiences push me to create structure, ownership, and impact. I’m inspired to build solutions that empower others, not just generate income.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by staying connected to purpose and impact. My daily responsibilities, especially caregiving, keep me grounded and focused. I set clear goals, build structure, and remind myself why I started. Growth, accountability, and seeing real change in people’s lives fuel me. Even in challenges, I stay disciplined and committed to becoming better and building something meaningful.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into launching and scaling Grace to Caregiving, a non-medical home care initiative. Funds would support business setup, staffing, training, compliance, and technology systems, along with marketing and community outreach. The goal is to create sustainable jobs, provide quality care for families, and build a structured model that can expand and serve more communities with dignity and excellence.
