Who or what is your inspiration in business?

What inspires me in business is the idea that someone can start with nothing and build something that creates real value for others. I’m motivated by the challenge of solving problems for businesses and helping them grow. Seeing a company get more customers because of work I’ve done pushes me to keep improving and building something bigger.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on long-term goals rather than short-term results. I want to build a successful business that creates real opportunities for others and gives me the ability to support my future family and community. Discipline plays a big role—I balance school, training, work, and my business by staying consistent every day. Knowing that each small step builds toward something much bigger keeps me driven.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 strategically to build long-term growth. I would invest $7,500 into the S&P 500 to create a long-term financial foundation. I would allocate $10,000 to targeted advertising to help scale client acquisition for my marketing agency. The remaining $7,500 would go toward building stronger systems, automation, and technology that allow my business to deliver better results and operate more efficiently than traditional agencies.
