Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My father is my greatest inspiration in business. A true entrepreneur, he started many ventures—some successful, many not—but he never stopped creating. Watching him taught me resilience, initiative, and the courage to take risks. He always told me to “create it for yourself” and take pride in everything you do. I hope to build on both the successes and lessons he passed down and create a legacy for my children

How do you stay motivated?

Two things inspire me: the public and my kids. I genuinely enjoy creating experiences people enjoy—whether it’s a great meal or a memorable party. Fun drives me. My kids are my deeper motivation. I want them to see that hard work and determination, even when difficult, should still bring you joy. Whether working for someone else or yourself, find fulfillment in what you do—or have the courage to move on.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would invest the majority back into my business through key upgrades—large roadside signage to increase visibility, and an improved printer/POS system to make service more efficient and support marketing efforts. And of course, I would also set aside some funds to celebrate with my hardworking staff—they deserve a great party.
