My kids. Full stop. Every system I build is something they'll inherit. But beyond that; the builders who never asked permission. Satoshi dropped a whitepaper and rewired finance. Torvalds gave away an OS that now runs basically everything. I'm wired the same way. I dropped out, skipped the credential game, and built hundreds of client engagements and two deployed AI systems from Manteca, California, a city nobody's mapping venture capital to. The credential was never the point. The work was.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay in public. I've been posting timestamped market predictions on Facebook #thejohoskystack for over a year. I Built Gatekeeper as a live open-source repo before I had investors. Deployed Gatekeeper to a real system before I had a team. When people can actually check your record, motivation stops being a feeling and turns into a structure. I also have kids watching. That helps more than any accountability hack.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Patent pending filed. Engine running. Two independent reasoners agree it works. A public ledger crossed the particle-physics discovery threshold yesterday. What we built protects students from AI in the classroom, patients from AI in the clinic, and customers from AI in the call center. Not someday. Now. This funding deploys it.
