Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my dad. He grew up on a farm and worked his way up to the C-suite in medical device sales. He taught me honor, grit, and what it means to be a good man. No matter the circumstances, stay calm and assess. Stand your ground, lead with conviction, and do things the right way, always. He showed me that discipline, consistency, and integrity are what separate good from great, and that true leadership is earned through action, not words.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by impacting others. I enjoy leaving a positive mark and sharing my energy and drive for life. There is so much opportunity in the world, and it’s a gift to wake up healthy with the ability to work, build, and grow. I stay grounded in gratitude, knowing every day is a chance to improve, help someone else, and take another step toward becoming the best version of myself.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest in my business, White Bison Wealth Management. Advertising dollars would go far for my team and help position us for growth. With several upcoming events, this support would allow us to expand our reach, strengthen our brand, and cover a portion of key expenses as we continue building and serving our clients.
