Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from watching how access to opportunity can completely change someone’s life. I’ve seen firsthand how the right training, healthcare, or housing support can move someone from survival to stability. That’s what drives me to build businesses and programs that create real pathways for people to earn, grow, and build something lasting for their families.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering who the work is for. Every program I build or service I offer represents someone trying to improve their life, their health, or their career. Progress may not always happen overnight, but seeing people gain confidence, stability, and opportunity keeps me focused and moving forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the funding to expand the reach of my workforce training and health services. The investment would help provide scholarships for apprentices, strengthen career pathway programs, and support equipment and infrastructure needed to serve more people. My goal is to remove barriers so more individuals can access training, wellness services, and sustainable career opportunities.
