Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the communities I serve, especially women and young people learning to embrace their identity, creativity, and self-worth. I’m also inspired by entrepreneurs who built something meaningful from very little. Their resilience reminds me that businesses can be more than profit, they can be vehicles for empowerment, storytelling, and lasting impact.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started: to create work that empowers people to see their value and possibilities. Writing, designing journals, and building my brand are ways I turn creativity into impact. I also stay grounded through reflection, gratitude, and focusing on progress over perfection. Every small step forward reminds me that meaningful work takes time and persistence.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the funding into growing my creative business and expanding the reach of my work. This includes publishing and distributing empowering books and journals, improving production and marketing, and scaling my brand so it can reach more communities. I would also use a portion to support educational resources and creative tools that inspire confidence, literacy, and self-expression.
