Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my story and my children. I grew up feeling unseen and underestimated, but I chose to rewrite that narrative. Building a business became more than success, it became proof that your past does not define your future. Today, I lead not just for myself, but to show my children and others what is truly possible.

How do you stay motivated?

I don’t rely on motivation, I rely on purpose. On hard days, I stay grounded in why I started: my family, my growth, and the life I’m building. Discipline carries me when motivation fades, and every challenge I overcome strengthens the leader I’m becoming.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use it to scale my business in a way that creates lasting impact, expanding my team, strengthening operations, and reaching more communities. My mission is not just to grow a business, but to build opportunities for others and create a ripple effect of transformation and leadership.
