Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is my entrepreneurial parents, (who sadly passed~last 2 years). They inspired me in business building starting with very limited money. We lived in the Midwest, rural area near exit 201 (pop.40 people). When Interstate 90 was built near our town, they risked everything we had plus a significant loan against our home to build a gas station, restaurant, & service business. We worked 7 days/week to make it;I grew up learning all aspects & inspired my entrepreneurial future.

How do you stay motivated?

I’m driven by a passion for learning and solving big “mission impossible” problems and create financial futures for the families that work in them. Pair that with the opportunity to work alongside exceptionally bright, well-intentioned values-driven people, and that’s the trifecta that truly motivates me. I'm building my 18th business in stealth and this one has all three attributes and will be the most important one for humanity of my career and life.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Talent comes from anywhere; opportunity does not. I will give the full $25,000 to Operation Breakthrough 501(c)(3) and partner to elevate underprivileged kids in poverty to entrepreneurship and open their future to their talents plus network we can bring and opportunity.
