Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business is my children. They motivate me every day to work hard and build something meaningful that will outlast me. I want to leave behind a legacy that shows the importance of leadership, service, and perseverance. My goal is to be a leader who helps others grow, creates opportunities in the community, and demonstrates that success can come from lifting people up and guiding them toward stability and purpose.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on the bigger picture of what I am building for my family and my community. Knowing that my work can help others find stability, recovery, and new opportunities keeps me driven. My children also inspire me to keep pushing forward and to set an example of hard work and leadership. I remind myself that every step I take is helping create a lasting impact and a legacy of service and positive change.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The $25,000 would help expand my Peer Support Service to reach more individuals in recovery, reentry, and housing instability. Funds would be used to train additional peer specialists, provide transportation support for clients attending medical, housing, and employment appointments, and develop outreach programs connecting people to critical resources. This investment will strengthen community support systems across North Carolina and lay the foundation for expanding peer-driven national.
