Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I would say that both my father and grandmother were my inspiration in my business. My business is ironically tied to my late grandmother who unfortunately passed during the Covid pandemic. As a way to honor her life, my father and I decided to take the recipes she shared with us to start Amandasbelizeancuisine. A vision that she was not able to achieve during her life but however will be achieved through mine.

How do you stay motivated?

I believe the number one way to stay motivated in completing goals in your life is by staying consistent! I’ve noticed this through trial and error with my own business. As soon as I stopped being consistent with getting things done I’ve realized that my motivation would decline. So to reiterate, consistency is key to my motivation!

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I had the opportunity and blessing of receiving $25,000 I would put a majority, if not all, back into my business in order to grow it into what my grandmother would have wanted it to be. I believe that family is one of the greatest jewels a person could have and making her dreams come true is honestly all I need.
