Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration is the hardworking people I grew up around in Pennsylvania — contractors, tradesmen, and small business owners who built everything with their hands. Watching them struggle with unfair reviews, poor systems, and lack of support inspired me to create solutions like OurReview and Easy Rail. I believe small businesses are the backbone of America, and they deserve tools that work in their favor.

How do you stay motivated?

My biggest motivation is my family. My fiancée and my children remind me every day why I keep pushing forward. I want to build something meaningful that creates opportunities not just for us, but for other hardworking families and small business owners. When things get tough, I remember who I’m doing it for — and that keeps me moving forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into growing OurReview, a platform designed to protect and empower small businesses by giving them better tools to manage their reputation and customers. As a construction business owner myself, I understand the challenges firsthand. This funding would help expand the platform so small business owners across the country finally have a fair voice in the review economy.
