Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my community and the young people I work with. I created my hair camp to give kids a safe, creative space to learn skills, build confidence, and see that their talents can turn into real opportunities. Growing up, many kids aren’t exposed to entrepreneurship or mentorship. Hair gave me independence and purpose, and now I’m passionate about using my business to pour that same opportunity back into my community and the next generation.

How do you stay motivated?

My motivation comes from the impact I see in the young girls I work with. Watching them gain confidence, learn real skills, and believe in themselves keeps me going every day. Seeing kids so young actually doing real hair is amazing, it lights up the whole room! The way this trade brings them together and the focus they have means everything to me. Growing up in my community, we never had anything like this, which is why I’m so passionate about creating these opportunities now.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would expand my youth hair education program and invest directly into my community.The funds would help provide professional mannequins, hair tools, supplies, and educational materials so more kids can participate in the program. I would also improve my salon space to host workshops and mentorship opportunities for youth interested in the beauty industry and entrepreneurship, creating a lasting impact in my community.This money will help the kids that cant afford to pay for camp
