Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business came from turning lived experience into purposeful service. While revamping my website, Chris gave me the idea to use my journey as a Traumatic Brain Injury Survivor to support others. Real Talk Kim inspired me to turn my pain into passion and share my story, and Coach K motivated me to move boldly, pursue grants, and build a mission of hope for TBI Survivors, Caregivers and Veterans.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering the hard road I have walked and knowing my journey can help someone else rise. As a Veteran and Traumatic Brain Injury Survivor, I choose to claim my abilities, not my disabilities, and inspire others to do the same. My faith, my family, and my purpose keep me moving forward. Pastor Kim inspired me to turn pain into purpose, and Coach K encouraged me to move ahead with courage, vision, and boldness.

What would you do with the $25,000?

$25,000 would grow my TBI Coaching Business and expand support for TBI Survivors, Veterans, and Caregivers: $4,500 for marketing, $2,500 for website updates, $2,000 for systems and tools, $8,250 for virtual assistant support, $2,750 to publish my workbook and e-books, $4,250 for scholarships, and $750 for overhead. This funding would strengthen operations, broaden outreach, and provide practical tools, hope, and support.
