Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business was born in nursing, when I challenged a doctor for masking symptoms instead of addressing the root cause. I was told I was replaceable, and that moment became a turning point. It awakened a lifelong mission: to advocate for root-cause solutions that honor people’s wellbeing, truth, and potential.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started: to create spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to address root causes rather than live in survival mode. I’m driven by the possibility of real transformation, the courage of the people I serve, and the knowing that every challenge I’ve lived through can become part of someone else’s healing, leadership, and awakening.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to both give back and grow forward. A portion would go to Operation Smile, which supports children needing cleft lip repair, because I believe a child’s smile lights up the world. I already support this mission through my book, 5 Ways to Create a Ripple, by matching contributions. The rest would go into my business to expand my reach, amplify my message, and support more people in thriving rather than surviving.
