Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from seeing how healthcare impacts families at their most vulnerable moments. Watching patients recover better in the comfort of their homes motivated me to build a home health company focused on compassionate, high-quality care. I’m also inspired by entrepreneurs who create businesses that solve real problems in their communities. My goal is to build a company that improves patient outcomes, supports healthcare workers, and strengthens the communities we serve.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering the real impact our work has on patients and families. Every time a patient recovers safely at home instead of being readmitted to the hospital, it reinforces why this work matters. I also stay motivated by constantly learning, improving our systems, and building a team that shares the mission of delivering excellent care. Knowing that our growth allows us to help more people keeps me focused and driven.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the funding into expanding access to quality home health services in Metro Detroit. This includes recruiting and training more skilled nurses and therapists, improving patient care technology, and strengthening partnerships with hospitals and rehabilitation facilities. The goal would be to reduce hospital readmissions, improve recovery outcomes, and allow more patients to safely heal in the comfort of their homes.
