Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration in business is the idea of creating opportunities where they didn’t exist before. Building Sawyer Services from the ground up while raising a family and being a wife has shown me what determination and consistency can accomplish. I’m inspired by entrepreneurs, especially women, who step into industries where they’re underrepresented and prove that leadership, skill, and resilience matter more than anything else.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on the bigger picture of what we’re building. Every challenge is a step toward growing the business and creating stability and opportunity for my family and team. Knowing that my work helps people maintain and prioritize their homes and businesses keeps me driven every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest it directly back into growing my business. This would include purchasing additional equipment and service vehicles, expanding our HVAC and maintenance capabilities, and hiring and training additional team members. This investment would allow us to serve more residential and commercial clients while continuing to build a reliable and skilled workforce.
