Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from God as my foundation, which expands every connection I make. I’ve grown through mentors like Kiyosaki, Cardone, Robbins, and Tracy, plus influential Hispanic leaders. But true inspiration is fluid — I find it in beginners reconnecting me to my roots, and in masters showing me where I’m headed. What moves me most: people who refuse victim mentality, who do the inner work, and never quit.

How do you stay motivated?

I’ve learned motivation fluctuates — waiting for it is a trap. My secret: I act regardless of how I feel. The real fuel is my ‘why’ — staying deeply connected to my purpose pulls me forward when motivation fades. I also intentionally burn my boats. Life used to force me into commitment; now I choose it strategically. No exit doors. That decision alone drives more results than motivation ever could.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d invest in two things: my business growth and my education. Capital without knowledge is risk—I want both moving together. One part scales operations, the other fuels mentorship and training that multiplies every dollar. But the real return? I’ll invest part of this prize in a new entrepreneur starting from zero—mentoring them and helping turn their vision into income.
