Helping marginalized professionals succeed and know they belong in corporate spaces while facilitating deeper engagement and strategic growth is what inspires me. Black women inspire me everyday because they never quit despite so many obstacles and being underfunded.
How do you stay motivated?I have 5 kids, 3 of which are disabled so they keep me motivated to keep climbing.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would get my business off the ground and scale up. I could travel and speak with my book and gain new clients. I have a goal of employing people with disabilities so I would definitely contract someone to do tasks that are currently weighing me down. I would love to put modules up on line to make learning about diversity more accessible.
