Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

The fancy word 'entrepreneurship' is relatively new, the act of starting a business venture based on your skills & talents or opening a business to meet the needs of your friends & neighbors is as old as history. I am inspired by the stories of the many main street businesses who make our communities work and give them their uniqueness & sense of place. I am to helping these entrepreneurs build their businesses and the life of their dreams.

How do you stay motivated?

When I hear how my training or coaching has made a difference in their lives and/or the upward trajectory of their businesses, it is like a B12 energy shot. It shows that my work has measurable impact. That keeps me motivated.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000 I would document my LaunchMyCity hyper-local, entrepreneur eco-system building business model and launch it as a freemium subscription service for communities and community organizations who want to create a healthier local economy. This can be implemented in any size community committed to their small businesses. However, it will most likely be embraced by the very small and rural communities,
