My inspiration in business comes from the youth and families I serve. Their resilience, growth, and potential fuel my purpose and remind me why this work matters. Every success story pushes me to expand my reach, so I can create more opportunities, strengthen more families, and make a lasting impact in the communities I serve.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the youth and families I serve. Their progress and resilience remind me daily why my work matters and push me to keep showing up with purpose. Since I began my career, I have been inspired by youth as my reason to start a career in the helping profession was due to my own personal story of losing my father at a young age. This motivated me to want to help other youth who endure grief and other challenges and this has become my why. My mission and vision motivates me

Winning the Entrepreneur of Impact title would be a powerful catalyst for growth. It would allow me to invest in strategic marketing, essential resources, and continued training, while also creating opportunities to hire and develop a strong team—ultimately expanding my reach and deepening my impact in the communities I serve.
