Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my children, my family, and my faith. I want my boys to see what is possible when you work hard, trust God, and refuse to give up. I believe financial success allows us to be a blessing to others. The better position I am in, the more I can help my family and support others who are trying to build something meaningful. I see business as a tool for empowerment, opportunity, and showing the goodness of God through service to others.

How do you stay motivated?

My faith keeps me grounded and reminds me that purpose is bigger than temporary challenges. I stay motivated by focusing on progress, not perfection. Every step forward matters. I also think about the legacy I want to leave for my children and the impact I can make by helping other entrepreneurs succeed. When the work gets hard, I remember why I started and keep moving forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the funding into expanding tools, training, and systems that help small service-based businesses implement automation and AI in practical ways. Many entrepreneurs have the skills and work ethic but lack the structure and technology needed to scale. This support would allow me to build better resources and solutions that help business owners operate more efficiently, grow sustainably, and create stable income for their families and communities.
