Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from young chefs around the world like myself that make things happen no matter their life circumstances.

How do you stay motivated?

Fueled by my son's boundless spirit and shaped by a life journey that began in the heart of Jamaica with a single parent, my drive is relentless. The challenges I've navigated over the past few years serve as a constant reminder, igniting a fire within me to forge a brighter future.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest it in a food truck, seeing how we are in summer seasons. I would do city to city pop ups, I currently run a at home catering business where we sell food on the weekends and we have managed to be making 1000+ in one night from just selling plates ranging from 20-45 depending on meal. I have a strategic business plan that I am willing to show on how I’ll turn this $25,000 into a profitable business.
