How do you stay motivated?I stay motivated by remembering where I started—once you’ve built from survival mode, you don’t take momentum for granted.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d split it between client acquisition and backend systems, because growth without structure doesn’t scale. I’d also use it to buy back my time and build smarter systems—because that’s what changed everything for me the first time.
