Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the families and seniors I serve every day. I have seen firsthand how overwhelming it can be for families trying to care for loved ones while navigating complex healthcare systems. Their strength, trust, and vulnerability remind me why this work matters. I am also inspired by the idea that businesses can be built with purpose—creating solutions that restore dignity, stability, and compassion in our communities.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started. Every resident I care for and every family I support reminds me that this work is bigger than me. Entrepreneurship has challenges, but when your mission is rooted in service and compassion, it keeps you grounded. I focus on building systems that create real impact, knowing that every step forward brings us closer to stronger communities and better care.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The $25,000 would help expand my mission of building compassionate care environments. I would invest it into growing my assisted living model and advancing the Divine Virtue Housing initiative, which focuses on safe housing and supportive care for vulnerable individuals. The goal is to create spaces where people feel secure, valued, and supported while helping families navigate care with clarity and dignity.
