Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration in business is being a voice for the children and families I serve every day. Seeing the challenges that families of children with special needs face motivates me to create services that provide support and opportunities for neurodivergent children and young adults to grow. Knowing that my work can give parents peace of mind and help children and young adults thrive keeps me passionate about what I do.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated in my business by focusing on the impact my work has on children, young adults, and families. Knowing that my services help support families and provide safe, nurturing care keeps me advocating for those who aren't able to advocate for themselves. Every milestone a child reaches, and every family I advocate for, evokes in me why I started this type of profession.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I were awarded $25,000, I would invest directly into expanding the quality and accessibility of my program that supports children and families in my community. A portion of the funding would go towards adaptive learning materials, sensory equipment, and safe play environments designed to support children with inclusivity, diverse learning, and developmental needs. I would also invest in professional development to strengthen my skills in early and special education
