My inspiration was my last employer and the mentorship they provide me and seeing how many people/company in the industry does not do the work properly or offer proper options to their clientele that is sustainable and also humane and eco conscious as best as possible. I wanna be the exemple of standard to take in my industry.
How do you stay motivated?By constantly telling myself we doing great but also... it is easy to stay motivated as im doing the work i love. There isnt a single day since i started to be in my trade and even more since i started my own business i feel like its work. "If you love your job you will never work again"
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest into my business equipment, be able have some stockpile of material but also specialize equipment/material and have an edge on my competitor and be on top of the technological advance available in the industry
