Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from seeing how opportunity can change the trajectory of a life. I was the first in my family to pursue higher education and moved from Kenya to the United States to access those opportunities. Later, working with students in Africa through Technology & Entrepreneurship Ladder, I watched young people use education and entrepreneurship to lift their families out of poverty. Seeing that transformation drives the work I build today

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by staying close to the mission and the people I serve. Working directly with students keeps the purpose tangible. When I see someone gain clarity, confidence, or the opportunity to build a better life, it reinforces why this work matters. My long-term mission is simple: ensure every young person has the opportunity to build the life they dream of.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into expanding Future Quest, an experiential career exploration platform for high school students. The funding would support building new interactive career simulations, improving the AI-driven guidance system, and piloting the platform with schools serving underserved students. Our goal is to scale Future Quest to reach over 10,000 students, helping young people discover meaningful career paths and make informed decisions about their futures.
