Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is my community. Growing up on a small island, Bermuda, I witnessed firsthand how the scarcity of resources can limit potential. While mathematics came naturally to me, I saw brilliant peers sidelined by its complexity. By collaborating with university classmates who struggle with the subject, I am personally inspired to transform math from an obstacle into a tool for empowerment. I don't just build for a market, I aim to ensure academic equity for the next generation.

How do you stay motivated?

Math is a mandatory hurdle in nearly every field, from nursing to economics. Due to its complexity, it remains a major barrier to professional advancement. I am motivated by brilliant minds in policy or medicine whose potential is stalled by a required statistics or calculus credit. When math is inaccessible, we don't just lose mathematicians, but also the diverse perspectives of future leaders filtered out by a subject that should have been their foundation, not their gatekeeper.

What would you do with the $25,000?

This investment will build robust infrastructure and security to ensure a seamless technical experience. To reach students sidelined by math anxiety, we will prioritize targeted marketing to establish our app as a trusted, reliable resource. Crucially, these funds allow my team and me to subsidize our pricing, ensuring math mastery remains a universal right for students in need, not a financial luxury. This support will sustain our accessibility mission while keeping us competitive.
