Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My business was born from the simple truth I have experienced and witnessed my entire life: women talk constantly about wanting community, connection and meaningful friendships that last - yet so few spaces truly nurture those relationships. I wanted to change that. Through movement, music and genuine human interaction, I built a place where women could show up as themselves, feel supported, and build a lasting community. This is Eleventh House - a place that brings women together.

How do you stay motivated?

Whoosh, its hard sometimes to be honest. I kept my day job to support the business to ensure we were financially stable, which took 14 months. I still do both, but that is the raw beauty of community - they cheer you on, listen when you are overwhelmed and share the load when they can. So, my motivation is watching this community grow and witnessing how shared experiences, energy and the sense of belonging supports women in a way that money, family and faith cannot.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would expand my offerings to include workshops that went beyond wellness and provide a variety of support needs such as financial education, starting their own businesses, mental health and empowerment sessions. We rise together is my motto. And who knows, maybe someday in the future this model will expand into other Eleventh House's around the country - for the love, we need community more than ever!
